Trip repoort No. 4-To the beach!

Pull up here mon.
Got off the Bike at my Beach/Base camp-Bar B-Barn.
I walk through the parking lot, pass the rooms and to the Bar/Restaurant part along the beach.
First thing I notice is "No chairs"?

Oh, wow.
I see a security guard standing and talking to a local.
"Hotel closed for slow season" he said.
What!
Aw, man, ok, such is life.
My second spot is next door.
Mom's Place.
Had a nice cold Red Stripe and thought about the walk down the beach.
Ok, one cold one under my belt....lets rock!
I started walking down the sand, the water was looking marvelous.
Funny, though....
No one even approached me the whole way.
Passed Rooms, other places, Alfreds, etc., etc.
No higglers, None of the "I have the high grade". Nada.

Hmmm, this is different....nice and peaceful.
Then I saw that new place (new to me)
Woodstock.
I pulled up there and had the bar all to myself.
A nice friendly bartender was there.
"You got cold Red stripe?
Yeah mon!

I mean COLD!!! Red Stripe?
Yeah Mon, he said again.

They have these chairs that are made of tree limbs.
Super heavy and strong.
I had to use both hands to move it out from the bar so I could sit.

The beer was cold and nice.

Oh yeah, got to find JOJO, from the board.

I back tracked to Alfreds and asked someone if they knew a lady called Jo.
"Me nuh know her, was the reply.
I chilled awhile and got hungry.
Hmmm, Fish and Chips.
I remember someone talking about that, so, I ordered it.
There was a lot of fish on that plate and a little bowl of Fries.
It was all hot and good!

The price kinda shocked me though.
I think it was about 1200J.
Hmmm, that's too high for this cheap American, but it was ok for a first time try.

Never found JOJO, but there would be other times.
