90 Day Fiancée

Anyone else been watching this show?

I yell at them, cheer them, curse them, feel sad, understand, don't understand...most of these people drive me crazy...excellent tv watching. I'm not really into so called reality tv...but for the obvious reasons (the Jamaican involvement), I had to watch. :D

This is a topic that most of us here know about...or at least have an inkling about...but it amazes me that with all the information on the internet in this day and age, this is still happening to so many folks. Rob even had posts about it on the message board 20 years ago.

I guess I'm bringing it up again because high season is starting soon and obviously this situation becomes more prevalent at this time of year...have fun but "be careful out there" !

After reading your post I googled 90 day fiancée (which I had never heard of) and discovered it is a real? TV series. I have been watching actual real life situations in Negril for over 35 years with the same emotions you get watching the TV series. While I know a fair number of couples that appear to have a successful marriage where there are no big age differences, I also know quite a few more that didn't work out for many reasons. Now I will make a point of watching the show if its available on the channels I get.

I'll never ever ever figure out how yOU CAN MISTAKE LOVE FOR LUST... OH YAH, AFTER A WEEKS VACATION, I LOOOOOVE YOU, and to make it so more sweet, we should have a romantic wedding on the beach... sorry,,, just have seen to much of the craziness !!

I was watching it yesterday that poor/ yet obviously STUPID guy from California with his devil bride from Russia, I would have sent her back after the purse/ wedding dress debacle, let alone the 1000 calls a day to his phone while he is trying to do his job. I think the only couple that will make it is Matt & Alla.

I like the Russian girl...at least she's honest!! :)

I enjoy the show more when the Jamaican gentleman is on...veeery interesting... :D

I have watched it but not regularly .... and it makes me a bit crazy �� I often wonder how much of it is staged- maybe all of it?! LOL
