JDF to send help to police in western Jamaica

Western Jamaica comprises the parishes of Hanover, Westmoreland, St. James, Trelawny and St. Elizabeth. The tabloid, "The Star", attributes this to the lotto scam activity.

The lotto scam is influencing everything from crime to music permits. As incredible as it may seem to some, people are still falling for this "get rich quick" scheme on both sides.

Please remind your family and friends not to fall for this scam. It is greed on both ends that perpetuates this scourge.
