Mary Gate of Heaven Christmas service

This morning I went to church for the first time in a long time. Father Jim was wonderful and made everyone feel most welcome. The children led off the service. There was one tiny boy (maybe 2 or 3 years old) in the front. He had a so other in his mouth and a tambourine in his hand he was banging it for all he was worth. I managed a few pix but, unfortunately they are a bit blurry because the kids were lively.

It always amazes me how well dressed the little ones are when they go to church in Jamaica. Up here in Canada it use to be that way years ago but now many wear their everyday clothes such as t-shirts with super heroes or sports teams logos on them and Nike shoes etc... . :(

I'm so happy to see the kids dressed so respectfully to worship their God. :)

The parents of these kids deserve a lot of credit!!!!
