Hello all my friends. Today is our special seafood festival from 11am to 11pm. We are busy preparing lots of delicious food for all our guests. My potato puddin just come from the oven. We will have lots of good food, lots of good music, too. It looks to be a good sunset from our restaurant, too. Hope to see you all. Don't want to miss this.

If you haven't had potato pudding in Jamaica...make sure you get some at HorizonWest's Seafood Fest...it's sooooo good!!
