That was the rate at the ATM yesterday. Good news is that the Ja dollar has held steady for a couple of months!

The US rate at the cambio yesterday was $121 and the CAD was $93.

Was getting Ja120 for $1Us. At the Hotel.. Got a little better at the Chinamans on the first Day. Could'nt be bothered going back to him... Stayed on the Beach..
Got $122JA to 1US from ATM, even after bank fees (my bank $1.50US, ATM at Time Square $546JA). Didn't use a cambio this time.
Here are the rates I've gotten over the past two weeks:
Grand pineapple front desk -$125/1
Cambio by bourbon beach - $117/1
Store at beach club - $120/1
Bank downtown - $121/1
Many of the bars are doing $100/1 if paying direct. I.e. - 2/1 drink specials at yellow bird are $600J or $6 US
Restaurant at NBCC also. I was glad to use JA$ and basically get a 15% discount!Quote:
