Is St Patrick's day observed in Jamaica? Wondering what to expect.
We were there last year for St. Patty's day and it didn't seem to be much of a big deal. We had green beads etc and made our own fun! :) The only indication was the FABULOUS Guinness chocolate cake that Patty made at Canoe. To. Die. For. YUM!
Ya, Canoe does some great St. Patrick's Day food & drinks...overall only a handful of people celebrate the day here but they usually make it up for those that don't participate... :D
It's my 75th birthday and I'll be in Jamaica to celebrate!

Was with Lenbert last year on the Pub Crawl for St. Patty's day. Besides all of us wearing green shirts and beads....that was the only sign of the holiday. We had a blast though!! ;)

My oldest child turns 16 on St. Patrick's Day! My sister and I will be returning to Negril March 14th with our teens. So my big baby gets to celebrate 16th in Jamaica! Happy 75th Birthday!Quote:
