Help with walking map please

First of all, thanks for a great informative forum! You all answer so kindly. Going on our first trip to Negril in Feb, have learned so much from you by just lurking. Several months ago, someone had posted a link to a walking map of Negril, that also had estimated walking time between places. I thought I had it saved, but did not. I searched here and did not find it. Maybe it had something to do with ganjaman or something like that? Can anyone help with that please? Thanks again for a helpful forum!!!

It was hosted on rastacrab.com, but sadly the domain has expired and it no longer works. :(
