Hi All...seeking some pointers on the best and most nutritious smootie bar/restaurant in negril...that would be open @ Breakfast time...i know alot of the restaurants offer std blended drinks such as beetroot and carrot, looking for somewhere that maybe you can select your fruit etc...

Try Rasta Ade, just past rooms on the beach and next to Sunnyside bar. All sorts of healthy stuff, and he will make anything you ask for.
Agree with JohnNYC! Most well stocked bars will whip you up a healthy smoothie with fresh fruit and possibly coconut milk. It's your for the asking....along with some J. LOL
If you are on the cliffs go see Gossett at the main Rockhouse restaurant, amazing fruit drinks and smoothies for breakfast.
