Blue Cave open now?
Or is it too early? Sis and I are making last minute plans to hop on a flight as early as tomorrow and trying to figure out where we will stay. No reply from Citronella. Anyone know a good weekly rate somewhere prefer the cliffs. I need to be in that water swimming! I am getting antsy now. Mouth watering.... OMG no sleep! It has been since April for me!

Re: Blue Cave open now?
Thanks. Big sis stayed there many years ago and liked it. I dont need a pool or AC. Just the cliffs and ocean and food nearby

Re: Blue Cave open now?
I hear ya,
Even tho it was a very cool place,
Access to the water at bcc was a bit of a pita.
Several steps down the sea wall then down a loosely mounted ladder to the water.
Also try home sweet home aswell as xtabi prices seem comparable to samsara.
Enjoy your trip u deserve it after what you've been thru.
One love

Re: Blue Cave open now?
the lifeguard that has worked there says November......
though mi had heard logistics of the legal matter of ownership via the horses mouth would happen in December.....
maybe the legal matter was bumped up to November......who knows
in any event.....mi would wager that Blue Cave Castle would be open for business in 2018....
Cool Runnings, Marko

Re: Blue Cave open now?
Susan did reply to my email before we left. She said they will open in December. We tried Xtabi garden side 2 nights. Was just ok. I will say that the 2 bedroom by the pool was much larger than expected. But I wasn't excited about the place. We stayed 3 nights at Somewhere West out by Tingalaya. Angie was a great host. Rented both upstairs units and no other guests there except us. Beautiful place there and decorated very nicely. We are looking forward to staying there again!
