Is the "past time " place by the empty lot by Tonys Hut ? Was Never opened to the public but had a cool bar ?

The "empty lot" is Wavz Beach and the bar there is called Dru's Bar and Grill...Wavz has a few vendors on the property and often holds major events/concerts.
Our Past Time Villas now Ayurveda...is located almost next to the Boardwalk Village closer to the larger AI's.
