Negril A/I with free local transportation?

A friend of mine and her family are returning to Jamaica for the first time since leaving over 30 years ago. They are seeking an A/I that offers free local transportation around Negril (shopping, Ricks Cafe, etc). I don't know of any property that offers this service. Thanks in advance for your responses.

I don't know of any that offer free around Negril transportation.

Beaches used to offer a free shuttle to take you to Rick's, Times Square, etc., at certain times throughout the day but not sure they do that anymore.
