Long-term rental recommendations?

Hi, I'm looking for a longer-term rental (1 month to 6 weeks) for the two of us this spring near Negril. I've heard that Sheffield is a good spot for reasonably priced places (< $100/night). Any thoughts on Sheffield or other recommendations on other locations?

You can almost pick and choose where you would like to stay at $100us a night...of course it's also dependant on your required amenities.
Sheffield is an approx. 10+ min. drive from Negril and would be a very local environment to stay if that is what you're looking for.
