Wow -- "Local Motion" boat still around??!!
I was watching this drone footage today: https://youtu.be/0tEOUsh5YXU
I don't know how recent it is, but it was uploaded just this past February. I have to admit it was sad seeing the T-Water reduced to a pile of rubble (about 3:50 in). And I recognized almost nothing from our trips there except the Beach House, Coconut International, and Charela. But I was astonished to see at 4:53, the "Local Motion"!!. We used to go out with Jack on that boat all the time. Is he still operating it? I'd heard that Ray got his own boat. Who runs the "Local Motion" now?
Re: Wow -- "Local Motion" boat still around??!!
Jack had Local Motion a few properties up the beach from Coconuts, at Beach House, when we were there in late March.

Raymond and Jack both keep their boats by the Beach House Villas.
Re: Wow -- "Local Motion" boat still around??!!
We were there in Feb and the Local Motion boat was right by Beach House Condos, where we stayed. It was a great place to stay, BTW :) It was our first time staying there. We had a studio apartment and we had the beach to ourselves whenever we were there.
I tried loading the pictures I took of Local Motion, but I am not able to load pics on here anymore for some reason... I have loaded tons of pictures in the past, using the same computer, but the last few times I've tried it just doesn't work. The boat had a nice paint job and said "Bye Felicia" on the back :cool-new:

Funny you noticed...we brought down letters and put Bye Felicia on the back last year.

Wow...Jack still has his boat....how cool! I wonder if he'd be willing to come up to Bloody Bay and do this burial of my husband's ashes at sea for us (and if it would be OK for him to do it). We'd always go out on that boat when we would stay at the T-Water in the 1990s and there was one time when Jack invited us to share fish dinner on the beach. To this day that was the best meal I've ever had in Negril. Good times, good memories.

The Local Motion and T-Water bring back so many fantastic memories! Sitting on the back of that boat with the boys drinking overproof and pepsi. Did you mention Raymond has his own boat now? That is fantastic. Raymond is best guy on the beach!!
Peace

I guess it lets me load pictures 10% of the times I try - lol. I tried at least 10 times and this one worked :cool-new:
