can anyone tell me about point village. I am looking into renting a unit for ATI/dream weekend.

Any advice would be helpful.

Rented through sites like Airbnb and such. Read reviews carefully, and look at the photos. Ask questions, some units are better than others as they're individually owned/rented. Nice spot, though it's a hike to where the action will be during ATI.

So this is an example. We've stayed at Ken's many times. The photos are up to date for the room at least. Clean and at 600 a week hard to beat. This place is super quiet to come back to at night. Really private, great place to take kids or read yourself to death. However, to emphasize Tah's point, the taxi back and forth to the beach, or food, at anywhere adds up quickly and can add 20, 30, plus a day to your stay. Again this is a nice clean comfortable place and Ken is a nice man, but it's a retirement home feel for sure.
