Looking at Rob's second photo - when did the Popeye's open? Had heard this was on the horizon but didn't think it would be this soon and didn't know where it would be. Can't remember what used to be in that location, either.
I left Negril Wednesday 8/1. Popeye's wasn't open then, but I heard it would be open by the start of Dream Weekend.
