I would think at 4:30 the lines should be dwindling down. If this is her first trip she may like it because they will lead her through.
I love Club MoBay, we do the bundle package for each trip. I know it is not worth it for some, but it is nice to feel a little extra pampered and I love not seeing any lines. If it is her first trip I would def suggest it.

Im going totransition to arrival only, as apposed to the bundle. For me, I usually arrive earlier in the morning, so it’s not so much the lines anymore, rather that I appreciate the help getting my transportation. I use JUTA, so the CMB rep helps make the arrangements- there is usually a fair bit of waiting for someone to organize a driver, etc. and it’s nice to have a place to sit and wait with a drink while someone else does the liaising for me! Also, last trip, JetBlue gave the wrong, old customs forms with the detachable part... I was “lucky” enough to have an agent who let me step aside to fill out a new form, rather than have to go back to the end of the line. If not for CMB I would have been standing in line for a while.... wonder how my fellow plane mates made out with that...
We normally go in Nov and I appreciate having our luggage watched over while we change out of our winter duds. We will be coming in this Wed at 11:00 ( hopefully on time). I also switched it up. We are only doing the arrival this time. The airport has some pretty nice shopping and I hate to shop during vacation.
