Fedex to Negril -- where to address?

I need to send a Fedex envelope to Negril, and I am getting conflicting information between Fedex phone support and their web site. The web site has a SHIPPING location at Enjoy TV, Ltd. on Norman Manley Blvd. But when I call Fedex to confirm, they say that just because a place is a drop-off, doesn't mean they hold packages, and that it should be shipped to Fedex in Montego Bay. They gave me an address of C2-16 Fairview Office Park, Montego Bay, Jamaica. They said that the addressee will have to pick it up there. Is this true? And do I need to address it to the recipient's address and they just hold it and call her? Or do I address it to the Fedex office? This is kind of urgent, so I hope someone can answer the question (Rob???). Thank you!

In the past, I have had FedEx addressed to a recognized business like a hotel. That always worked ..

Negril doesnt have residential numbered addresses, FedEx kinda likes those... :encouragement:
