Hi all. I'm looking for a little insight. Arriving in MoBay late afternoon and will be staying at Toby's for one night in MoBay. How much should I expect to pay for a cab to my hotel? Ride is only about a mile. Also, I've never paid much attention as we usually have friend pick us up. Also, should I go outside for a cab or should I try and arrange something inside? Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
Last time I went to Toby's from the airport I think we paid around $7 us. Give one of the gentlemen buzzing around your luggage a couple bucks and he'll take you right to a cab and carry your luggage.
Since you can almost walk to Tobys...its definitely under $10us for a couple of people...I'm not sure how many people you have with you.
You can get a driver inside or out...make sure they have a red license plate if you hail someone outside.
As always in Jamaica, agree on the fee before getting into the cab
