Pretty sure I saw him in the same place he was the last few years....I'll confirm here shortly if no one else does...
Last December he was between Rondel and our buddy Ozzy 420 Blvd, but he wasn’t open when we would visit Ozzy. Will look for him again come this December again.
I believe he splits time between negril and mo bay. Always see him in the same spot.
