Quality Sea Breeze Restaurant

Since reading an article in Smithsonian about Lion Fish, it has been on my list of things to try. Quality fit the bill has he purchased some the other day and had fillets ready for grilling. He showed us photos on his phone of him preparing them. I asked how I would know it was lion fish, and he showed us the skin on the fish was distinctive. Good price and excellent food. Another great thing, he will drive you back to your hotel.

I love Lion fish and I rarely eat fish. It has substance to it .
