1st Trip Report

Packed, checked and double checked.
Lets go!!

My best friend was picking me up at 5:30 A.M.
Woke at 3 and was ready at 4:30.
All is quiet on the Western front.
Not a was soul stirring, not even a mouse.

I had my bags in the car, in the driveway already.

About 5:10 I had ants in my pants and I had to dance.
So, I headed outside to wait in my car.

My Cell rings and he's there!

Load up his car with all those bags I told you all about before.

Driving 10 minutes and
"Man, I forgot my reading glasses in my car!!"

He just laughs and makes a U-turn.
I grab the glasses and we're back on the road.
Check in at Midway Airport.
Flight leaves at 8:30 A.M.
Southwest has rewarded me with 4 free drink tickets .

Man, too early for cocktails, or is it??:courage:

Flight smooth like silk.
Go through the Auto machine Immigration.
Any one notice the photos that machine takes??
Looks like a real Mug-shot from somebody's prison.

Get to the custom lady and she looks at the 2 checked bags and a book bag and a carryon gym type bag.

"Have you been here before?"
Yes
"What was the purpose?"
Vacation

"What is your purpose now?"
Vacation.
She smiles and says go on.

Linston is around the corner and all is well.

I'm getting hungry,
"You want to stop at Bigga's Linston says??

Honestly, in all these years I never stopped there for Jerk Chicken.
So, we stop.

Chicken reminded me of a Baked chicken, slow cooked.
The flavor was very good.
You actually get a 2nd wave of seasoning after you chew and swallow.

Linston had some Puss,
I said whats that?
He said Octopus,
Man, come on, seriously??
Yeah Mon, Octopus.

Linston said it was good,
I thought he was pulling my leg.

Finished eating and had a beer from that little store behind the Cook stand.
The woman in the store looked so familiar??

So, we hit the road and arrive in Negril without a hitch.
