Lunch at Zimbali Retreat

We're always looking for something to do off the beach, and we love good food. The trip to Zimbali was very interesting. The location in Canaan Mountain is a huge contrast to the beach - more shade, more humidity, and a bit cooler temperatures. We took a walk around the neighborhood, did the farm tour, and had an incredible lunch. Mark is the perfect host. Chef Alecia, Chef Devol, and Chef Brandon all took time to answer questions. I had chicken stuffed with veggies.
