Where’s the water patrol when you need them. It’s been over 30 minutes with this parasol debockel. Guy almost gets dropped in land. Minimal help from anyone.

We're on the beach, see a multi colored parasail far out at sea.
Where are you?
A friend of mine just called me from Cocolapalm and said the guy was hanging over the pool in the middle of the property..but they got him back over the water..scary

I saw it yesterday. The boat broke down and lost power. The parasail was pulling the boat into the shore. Finally two other boats arrived and pulled the dead boat out to deeper water and the man was lowered into the water. Very scary.
