Police Station Bar

Is the Police Station Bar still open ? Been meaning to stop in there for something besides official business.

It was open in November

Cook shop/bar is still open.

It was definitely worth a stop at least one time!

Definitely a once in a lifetime stop! So fun!!!

Back in my drinking days, the Police Station Bar had the coldest Red Stripes in town! When the power went out, they also had a generator to keep it cold!!

One would think so but no, a boardie posted pics of the bar a few years ago that you should be able to search for.

I posted about 12 years ago, (when immigration status was still dealt with at the Negril police station) about visiting the police station bar & it kinda intrigued people.
In reality...the bar is in the police recreation centre on the police station grounds...and they're quite welcoming to visitors. Apparently, great food in there also. :encouragement:
