Online C5 Immigration and Customs Forms
A while back I read where people were filling out and submitting the C5 forms and, since they were new, were having trouble and then having to fill them out again at the Immigration Kiosk.
I was wondering what the current situation is. Should I fill out and submit the form online? or Should I fill out and print the form to present to Immigration? or Should I just do it the old way?
Any links to the online submission form would also be helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Any answer to share?
Thanks

To be safe, on our upcoming reach, I am going to try the on-line form AND fill out the forms that Delta Airlines distributes.

Not sure if I want to transmit my passport number tho. Maybe I'm too paranoid and need a vacation...

I don't recall getting a customs form from Delta. I believe that the kiosk was the only option. And no passport stamp. Ehhh maybe I just wasn't paying attention.
Re: Online C5 Immigration and Customs Forms
The kiosks that I assume are used with the online form were roped off when we came in on Saturday. American handed out the old form. Got my passport stamped (last stamp I’ll get from here before my current passport expires. I need to count the trips)

Thanks. That is what I have decided to do as well. Filled out the C5 this morning and transmitted it. If I get a form on my flight, I will fill it out as well....Just in case.
Re: Online C5 Immigration and Customs Forms
We always have always printed and filled out a "cheat sheet" copy of the immigration/customs form and use it to fill out the form handed out on the plane. Some of the spacing or order of info requested ( for example D.O.B. - dd/mm/yyyy vs. the more common mm/dd/yyyy) can be confusing to newbies, etc...... We will continue to do so AND fill out the online form.

Another tip: when you have the opportunity, take a few extra of the blank forms when you get to immigration hall, fill them out before you go, and keep the completed forms near your passport. We always have ours completed and then take the ones that the airline distributes, as well.

Now, you went and done it! You have exposed my secret. I hate writing on the forms while on the plane especially in turbulence. You can't often even read my writing. Having a stack with most of the information pre-entered and printed so nicely has saved a lot of headaches over the years.
