We had a list going a few years ago, drinks specials, happy hours deal / locations, meal deal nights at local places. Definitely need a new list !
Bar B Barn - 2pm-5pm - 2 for 1 drink specials plus free popcorn
Canoe Bar - Every day - 2pm-6pm - 2 for 1 drink specials - drink while you splash around
CocoLaPalm - Every day - 5pm-7pm - 2 for 1 drink specials -
Legends - Every day - 4pm-7pm - special drinks for happy hour
Pilot's Cotton Tree Bar - Every day - 2pm-6pm - special day for happy hour
Rockhouse - Every day - 6pm-7pm - drink specials for happy hour
Rondel Village Every Wednesday and Sunday - 5pm-6pm - 2 for 1
SeaStar Inn - Every day - 4pm-6pm - drink specials for happy hour

Yellow Bird has two for one specials on a few drinks for a big chunk of the day. It may start as early as 11am? They may only have 4 or 5 options, some may be seasonal as they use fresh fruit. I can remember they do rum punch, dirty banana, a blended pineapple drink and purple rain?
I think White Sands has a 2 for 1 on certain drinks 4 to 7? Not 100% sure since I took good advantage of whatever it was the last time I stayed at Nirvana.
