The Wednesday sunset and stuff

Coco La Palm had their Wednesday afternoon cooking class, which was actually a cooking demonstration I believe the live stream it at 12:30 local time, but am not sure if it is on Facebook or a web/beach cam set up. For $5 it is worth the 45 minutes and you get a sample of the food at the end. They also had out a copy of the recipe. Beautiful sunset, the dinner at Best of the West. Food was okay, but pork a little dry. One upgrade over last year....real plates and silverware!
