The road in front of HiLo is fixed and open fully to traffic!!!

While the final work is yet to be done, such as the asphalt and a stronger retaining wall, traffic is now unhindered!

what changed?....no holes, or is it wider?...toward the land-side I would guess?
We would sit and enjoy a pizza up on the top of hi-lo and watch the tourist freak at the "hairpin" curve down below!....lol
