Money Exchange at Sunshine Plaza

Does anyone know if the FX Trader money exchange is open for business at Sunshine Plaza? I think I heard it had moved to another spot there.

FX trader moved just to the next little strip Plaza next to the driveway of Sunshine plaza

Yes, it moved. It is at the end of the bottom level of King's Plaza, which is right across the driveway entrance to HiLo... as mentioned above.

I think you are thinking of Close Encounters.
Compulseion was located by the roundabout above Value Master.
