It's a beautiful morning....and we arrived safe and sound from our travels on the North Coast. Happy hour at the Canoe bar...and the steel band was awesome! So great to see old and new friends & boardies as we made our way up and down the West End road. :)

Cooked up some bacon yesterday, along with a delicious cheese, onion, green peppers and callalloo omlet. Fried tomatoes and toast with peanut butter! Add a red stripe and clamato juice and you have a 'Breakfast of Champions'....mmmmm
