when to complete the Jamaican travel authorization form

i have found the link to the form and realize we will need a covid test taken no more than 10 days before our trip.
my question is when should we complete the form . is a month ahead to early?

I believe it states 5 days ahead. So after your negative or not detected test results. You’re approval comes back in minutes.
