Mansion being built next to White sands

i read on trip advisor a comment that a mansion is being built next to white sands. Rob is that your new place?

We saw it last month and loved it. We peeked through the fence beachside but I didn’t take a picture. It’s beautiful.

Its Yrie Beach Villa Negril...

i know facing white sands from the beach that Nirvana is to the right. assume this is to the left? what was there before?

Rainbow Arch is right next door and behind them, that area has just been an open field.

Before it was an open field it was the Negril Palm Beach Club.

So did they take down Rainbow Arch and build this mansion, or is Rainbow Arch and the rooms associated with it still up?

Rainbow Arch is still there.

i had forgotten about the palm beach club. we enjoyed the breakfast there and remember they had a hot tub

Palm beach club was on the other side of rainbow arch.
