What a month . Last month I was asking where to find a gym . Well I had a neglected hip issue for years . I work out like a fool. It turned into a knee issue with sciatica. With lots of physical therapy I was able to make the trip. I flew to Atlanta on Thursday and completed flight yesterday to break it up . With lots of massages, sun and salt water I believe I will heal up real soon. So good to be back .

Over the years I have recuperated in Negril many times. I usually plan my surgeries around certain times that I can be on the beach. Knee surgery, gall bladder removal, etc. A few weeks ago I had my prostate removed due to cancer. My surgeon thought it was a great idea for me to spend 2 weeks on the beach before returning to work. We arrive Dec 5th and we can't wait! 2021 has been a hell of a year!!!
