im at my wits end. while filling out form it tells me invalid flight number. tried several times with no luck. i know my info is correct what do i do now? suposed to arrive this coming saturday

Are you putting down a connecting flight number….? I think it has to be the flight number from your last flight before landing in ja….. ????

I had same issue with southwest flight that began with zero. I dropped the zero and flight was found. Hope this works for you too.

Also...is there a possibility you applied too early?
They may not recognize the flight if you've applied to early.

let me start over. the help line tells me to enter a tempotary faux flight numberand explain to the customs man if needed what the heck does that mean
