Question about rapid antigen test

ASKING FOR A FRIEND WHOS DAUGHTER IS TRAVELLNG TO JAMAICA very soon.
She wants to know if the rapid antigen test has to be performed by a lab. she read somewhere that the credentials and address of the lab has to be on on the result. thanks in advance.

For entry into Jamaica, a negative Covid test is required and has to be performed by a lab.
