Seeking Info About a Traffic Collision

Just after 2PM on Wednesday (Ash Wednesday), some friends were riding their scooter home after doing some shopping in town. Just before Travellers, the line of traffic slowed and a white van decided traffic was moving to slow so he pulled out to pass everyone in the line. This driver found he was fast approaching the median crosswalk in front of Travellers and on coming traffic was blocked him so he pulled in rapidly and side swiped my friends scooter causing it to go down. The van didn't stop and surprisingly so, no one else stopped. My friends are scrapped up a bit from road rash and a little bruised. I was just checking in to see if a Boardie might have been walking or driving by and may have seen this white van, maybe help identify the driver. Maybe someone might have heard others talking about it.

I was out and about Wednesday morning and the driving was noticeable more aggressive. Guess the holiday partying started early.
