Collette owns the famous Collette's Bar in Red Ground. Very popular spot for visitors who get a little bit off the beaten path of Negril proper to mingle with locals.

Sorry, I didn't think to add background:) Her little spot is a great place to go for drinks and conversation. They are amazing hosts! They will also cook for you if you order ahead. Just love the fried chicken.
