There are two 3 bedroom/3 bath villas at Crystal Waters, one of which is the villa located closest to the beach.Quote:

Could this be the reason for their not accepting down payments? Perhaps someone familiar with the resort could offer some info on this. Also I know one 3 bedroom is on the beach, is the other across the highway?
