Yikes!!!! Is this because they were closed after Beryl?
Scotia ATMS were working the day after Beryl, but the ATMS were all off (as in no current) Friday and the weekend. The only ATMS working were at NCB at Boardwalk. It is more fully explained in the various Beryl threads.
