Any news on potential opening and what they have done or are doing?

I am in contact with the previous management and I was instructed to leave the website "as is" so apparently not much should be changing. They are looking to be opening for busy season, but have not talked to anyone since Beryl.

But I wouldn't expect anything drastic to change one way or another. I sure hope they keep that amazing noon happy hour.
