Cambio in front of Bourbon Beach?

Is the cambio in front of Bourbon Beach still open. I heard it isn't there anymore. I am hoping it is open as it's a convenient location.

I used it regularly on a trip earlier this month. Never a line or anyone else. No crowd hanging around trying to exchange for you. My favorite one to use.
