Help finding this rasta!

This picture is about 20 years old and we only ran into him a few times so i don't remember his name. Can anyone tell me who he is, if he's still around & where I might find this rasta. Would love to see him again!

I should have included a little info! He was running a bar close to Xtabi on the west end. I hope some of you old schoolers that have been going for years can help me out!
