Needs a Jamaican flag in there somewhere as that will make it instantly recognizable as Jamaica.
I like it Rob but it might be a little too busy. Like I said before, reverse the image direction and put Bobby Cay and a sunset in the back ground. And get rid of the tall neck bottles. You have to have a stubby with a red stripe across the label in the image. This image on the back of a tee shirt would look OK and then on the front just a small and simple "Negril.com 1995-2015" in a semi-circle above a Jamaica flag
