Anyone seen any whelks (sea snails) on a menu?

Quality from Quality's Sea Breeze Restaurant made me a pasta dish with welks. I don't think it's on the menu, but you can definitely ask him to make something for you.

Thank you! I remember asking him years ago, but the timing's always been wrong. Either we are nowhere near him, or the sea is too rough for harvesting them.
