Tuff,
I haven't been to either, which is a surprise as that is the part of the West End I spend the most time.
However, across the street from Le Mirage is the Sommerville Resort. Baker who is one of the former chefs at Seastar Inn cooks at Sommerville Resort on occassion.
When Baker is cooking, I usually stop in for Breakfast. It is always very good.
Enjoy,
VVHT
Ate at Walk it Off in February of 2024. Portion could have been a little bigger but the food was delicious. Friendly vibe. Rob, Monte and Mello and Mitch and Mary Porter stopped in while I was there as well.
We have stayed at LeMirage and eaten at Walk It Off. Enjoyed both. LeMirage is a basic property, so if you are looking for Luxe, keep looking. That said, it is safe, clean and comfortable, Reece, the manager is the bomb; She is on top of things and is a fun gal as well. We were booked for this past January, but a last minute health issue caused us to cancel our trip:(. We have already booked for next January. Wifey can lose the top (bottoms too if she wants!). In addition to Walk It Off, Sharkeys, Kool Vybes, The Lodge at Tensing Pen and Ivans at Catcha are a short walk away. Win win.
