Does anyone know this amazing fisherman in this photo?

His name is Patrick, and he is an INCREDIBLE fisherman who hangs near the Roundabout (met him there twice last time) ..... I want to make sure I hook up again with him on this latest reach!

Also, maybe he can teach me to spear fish? Or would i just be getting in the way????

You'll find him on the fishing beach - just bring this picture. I don't know his name, but I see him there all the time. Try both the "new" fish beach (down-river from the bridge) and the "relocated" fish beach (up-river from the bridge).
