The Oasis

Just booked 5 days here, starting this Friday. Last minute trip. Has anyone stayed here? Any suggestions?

Oasis is a lovely property....good, clean rooms....nice pool area...Jamaican food served in their restaurant.
Located near the Rockhouse....Erica's restaurant & De Bar is just down the lane.

I know the management of Seastar, whose reputation is impeccable, recommends Oasis when Seastar is all filled up -- that's a pretty heady endorsement.

It was because of an accidental overbooking at Seastar that I spent my first night in Jamaica at Oasis, which was called Thrills then. It is a really nice place, with a decent sized pool with shallow and deep end, a really good restaurant that served authentic Jamaican dishes, and just a short walk to the main road. I would recommend it. :)
