Current owner of rick's cafe

Richard Hershman was original owner in the 1970s. Curious as to who this famous spot now.

A Conglomerate based in Arizona. There were other individuals that partnered with Hershman, I know one of those partners. They sold to this conglomerte after Hurricane Ivan.
