Trip reports deserve a Big up!
I just wanted to thank all of you that have posted trip reports. The quality of the reports has gone way up from what I recall reading when I first found this board. The reports have not only been entertaining but also very informative to those who have yet to travel to Negril. Although I understand there must be some personal satisfaction in documenting and sharing details about your vacation, I also understand the time and effort it takes to write such a thorough accounting of ones adventures. I also understand the criticism that one opens themselves up to when posting opinions and personal accounting's in a public forum such as this board. Thankfully for every negative comment I read I see several positive ones and seldom, if ever, have I seen a recent trip report thread spiral out of complete control into a flame war between opposing opinions. For that, credit has to be given to entire community that frequents this board.
So for all of us who may not reply to every, or any, trip report posting but are always here patiently awaiting a fresh post, I just wanted to send out this thank you! Thank you for helping the hours at work pass by; for the bedtime stories that help ease us into a nights sleep, for making that morning cup of coffee just a little richer, for sharing the mistakes you have made so others will not repeat them and lastly thank you for taking time out of your life to share your experiences with us!
